Yes, thank you for the introduction, and thanks for the time and everyone joining Aetna, both in person and via the Web feed. So I'm going to talk about a different way to treat cancer. And as many of you know, just a quick disclaimers on our website. So I want to ask your question and think for a second is what does a cancer diagnosis look like to you. So we think of life. And when you think of cancer therapies and the way we treat cancer, we always talk about and think about can we get someone to a next family events, can we get someone to the birth of a grandchild, the graduation, a wedding, and it's a matter of getting them there. But what we don't really think about is what happens to the patient. I think many of you have been touched by cancer
