Good afternoon, and welcome to the 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Ecoark Holdings, Inc. I'm Randy May, the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Ecoark Holdings, Inc. We are holding this meeting as a virtual-only meeting as permitted by the law of the state of Nevada, our state of incorporation.
With me is Jay Puchir, our Chief Financial Officer. Also joining us today is Michael Harris of Nason, Yeager, Gerson, Harris & Fumero, our Corporate Counsel. Mr. Puchir will act as Secretary of this meeting, and [Lou Larson] will act as the Independent Inspector of Election for this meeting.
