Good afternoon. I'm Joe Grabowski from Mig Dobre's Machinery and Diversified Industrial team. And I'm pleased to introduce the team from The Shyft Group, the North American leader in specialty vehicle manufacturing, assembly, and uplift for the commercial retail and service specialty vehicle markets. The company was founded in 1975 and headquartered in Novi, Michigan.
