Good afternoon. I am Tom Maloney with Deutsche Bank. On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are very pleased to welcome Solid Power to our AutoTech conference this year.
We have all read about the headlines from the OEMs recently citing some of the challenges that the electric vehicle ecosystem is facing. Solid Power is engaged to develop a solution to meet some of those challenges. And with us today from senior management are John Van Scoter, President and Chief Executive Officer; and Kevin Paprzycki, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer.
