Thank you. Welcome to ShockWave Medical's Inaugural Annual Meeting of Stockholders. It is 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time, and the meeting will now come to order. My name is Doug Godshall, President and Chief Executive Officer of ShockWave. I'm also a member of ShockWave's Board of Directors and in accordance with the company's bylaws, I will be presiding over this meeting on behalf of our Chairman, Ray Larkin. Hajime Tada, our General Counsel, will act as secretary of the meeting. I and our Chief Financial Officer, Dan Puckett, have been appointed as proxies for the company by the Board of Directors for this meeting.
Before we begin the discussion of our results, I would like to offer a few comments on the COVID-19 pandemic. As you can see, we have elected to have a virtual-only stockholder meeting this year.
