I mean, James, you were -- let's just start with the macro, the big picture. I feel like you and thredUP, you guys were the first ones to kind of call out that there seems to be some pressure building on the low end.
Can you talk about your consumer base? Just what exactly maybe you started to see a couple of months ago, how you've seen that play out with the different cohorts in the marketplace, the value consumer versus the higher end. Let's start there.
