We'll go ahead and get started here. Thanks for joining us this morning. My name is Luke Junk, and I cover vehicle tech and mobility for Baird. Very happy to have Gentherm with us this morning $2.25 billion market cap. Gentherm is the auto market leader in seat heaters, heated and cooled seats, and steering wheel heaters -- the components, not the seats themselves.
And the company is also pursuing several exciting electrification lead opportunities that we'll absolutely discuss here this morning. Joining us, we have -- directly to my left is Phil Eyler, CEO of the company. And we also Matteo Anversa, CFO.
