Thank you, operator, and good morning, everyone. We appreciate you taking the time to join us for our call.
Before the market opened, we issued a press release with our results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021, a copy of which is in the Investor Relations section of our website. We also released our Form 10-Q this morning.
I'm going to turn the call over to our CEO, Rick Dauch, in a few moments, and Rick will give you an update on our business. After that, our CEO (sic) [CFO] Steve Schrader, will walk us through the financial results for the quarter.
