So there we go. All right. Thank you. I'm Steve Volkmann with Jefferies. Thanks for coming in. I cover AGCO and sort of other industrial companies. So thanks for joining us in the room and on the webcast.
We're very pleased to welcome AGCO for this session. We actually have, obviously, 3 folks with us from AGCO. So Eric Hansotia, the new Chief Operating Officer; Andy Beck, at the end, the Chief Financial Officer; and the lovely and talented Mr. Greg Peterson, IR.
So I think we're going to do this one as kind of a fireside chat and jump right in. I will ask some questions to start off, and then we'll see if we can get anyone in the room to participate.
