Well, it's my pleasure. And just for those in the room and for those that are listening in that may care that our new guy, Sean Goodman, is here with me, will assume the CFO responsibilities in -- at the end of February. And so we're here introducing him.
And I -- a couple of things I've learned in going through this succession process. One, my shoes aren't nearly that big. Not going to be hard to fill my shoes; and two, Sean is a very capable guy, and we won't skip a beat from the CFO perspective of our company because he's going to be a tremendous addition to our management team.
