As you know, I'm Adam Aron, a Director, the President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc., and I might add, a substantial stockholder in AMC, owning just under 795,000 AMC shares and having been granted as part of my annual compensation for the past many years, an additional 2.1 million shares in AMC vesting over the next 2.5 years.
