Good afternoon again, everyone. Thanks for joining us. We are really excited to have with us APi Group. I've gotten to know the team well over the last couple of years and they've done an extraordinary job in growing APi.
So with us today is Sir Martin Franklin. Sir Martin Franklin served as Director of APi Group since September 2017 and served as Co-Chair since October 2019. He's the Founder and CEO of Mariposa, and Chairman and Controlling Shareholder of Royal Oak Enterprises.
We also have with us Jim Lillie. Jim was appointed Co-Chairman of APi in October 2019 as part of the J2 Acquisition. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of Mariposa.
And then we have Russ Becker, President and CEO of APi. Russ has been with the company and was named President in 1998, so quite a long time ago. So welcome, guys, thanks for joining me.
