Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp. My name is Ken Moore. I'm the Chair of Algonquin's Board of Directors.
This year, in response to the continuing public health impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and to mitigate risks to the health and safety of our communities, shareholders, employees and other stakeholders, the meeting is being held in a virtual-only format through the Lumi virtual meeting platform. This platform is accessible to all of our shareholders and duly appointed proxy holders regardless of their physical locations and allows our registered shareholders and duly appointed proxy holders to participate, submit questions and vote upon the matters before us today.
