Thank you, Jen, and good morning, everyone. Now 9 a.m. and time to begin the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Brookfield Renewable Corporation. My name is Jeff Blidner, and as Chair of the Board, it is my pleasure to chair today's meeting.

We have the Board and its management team, I would like to extend a warm welcome to everyone joining us today.
