I guess in the interest of time we're just going to go right to a fireside chat format and maybe I'll kick it off here.
So Carl and Cory, obviously this is a software conference. I think every systems company will tell you that 90% intellectual property in the business is software of course. But I think Calix is unique in that you guys have really transitioned your company pretty aggressively toward software. I guess maybe for the folks that aren't as familiar with Calix, Carl, maybe you could give the three-minute overview and then talk about how the Company has been pivoting to software.
