Good morning, everyone, and welcome to Aktia's fourth-quarter and full-year 2023 webcast also on my behalf. My name is Juha Hammaren, and I'm the CEO of Aktia. As before, I will go through the highlights of our last quarter, after which our CFO, Outi Henriksson, will walk you through our finances in more detail.

Aktia's strong performance continued also during the last quarter of the year. We delivered record results, thanks to our excellent net interest income.
