Okay. Good afternoon, everyone. I'm Ashwin Shirvaikar, I'm Citi's Payments, Processors and IT Services analyst, accompanied by my colleague, Pete Christiansen. Together, we cover Clarivate, which is the next company we're hosting and delighted to have, from Clarivate, Jerre Stead, who's the Executive Chairman and CEO; and Richard Hanks, who's the CFO.
