Thank you, and thank you, everybody, for joining us. Good afternoon, and welcome to the 2022 Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of Clarivate Plc. We're also webcasting this afternoon's proceedings for those of our shareholders unable to attend the meeting in person.
My name is Jerre Stead. I'm the Executive Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Clarivate Plc. I'll be serving as Chair of the meeting. On behalf of the company, I'd like to welcome all our shareholders and thank them and now call the meeting to order.
