Good afternoon. Thanks for joining us. As our health care conference continues here, my pleasure to introduce Community Health systems. Community is an operator of general acute care hospitals and communities across the country. The company currently owns, leases or operates 93 hospitals with approximately 15,000 beds and a number of ambulatory assets as well.
Today, we have presenting CEO, Tim Hingtgen; also the CFO, Kevin Hammons. Ross Comeaux, Investor Relations, is in the back there for a distance.
