Good afternoon, and thank you. I'd like to welcome you to EQC's 2020 Annual Shareholder Meeting, which as previously noticed is being held virtually.
Like to introduce the officers and other Trustees of the company. Our Board of Trustees includes Sam Zell, our Chairman; Jim Corl, Marty Edelman, Peter Linneman, Jim Lozier, Mary Jane Robertson, Ken Shea, Gerry Spector and Jamie Star. My fellow Executive Officers: David Weinberg, our Chief Operating Officer; Adam Markman, our Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer; and Orrin Shifrin, our General Counsel and Secretary. Also attending the meeting today are representatives of Ernst & Young, our independent auditor.
For our meeting today, we'll consider 3 proposals up for a vote.
