Good afternoon. My name is David S. Dahlmann. Again, this is our 36th Annual Meeting. So has everybody been here all 36? Okay. Apparently not. Oh, there's John. John. John, you're on the Board. You don't get one. It's now 2:00, and it is April 23, 2019, according to the notice of the meeting. I'm going to call the meeting to order.
Before I move into the formal business of the meeting, I'd like to introduce 2 individuals. First, Mike Price. Mike is the President and CEO of First Commonwealth Financial Corporation. And seated next to him, Matt Tomb. Matt is the Secretary for First Commonwealth Financial Corp. I will preside the meeting, and Matt will serve as secretary.
I'll be reviewing the agenda. But first, I'd like to just make 2 notes. One, at your place, you should find the agenda as well as the press release. The back -- on the back of the agenda is the rules of procedure. They've been modified slightly, but I would ask that you would observe those as we move into the question
