So thanks, everyone, for joining us. For our next session, we're very happy to have the CFO of Federated Investors, Tom Donahue, with us today; and Head of Investor Relations, Ray Hanley. And for those of you who don't know, Federated is one of the largest asset managers, nearly $500 billion in assets under management and based in Pittsburgh, has offices across the country and certainly has extended its global reach with the acquisition of 60% of Hermes asset management almost a year ago now, which had $47 billion at the time of closing.
Tom has been with Federated since 1993, and he's been CFO since 1996. And Ray, who's Head of Investor Relations and also President of the Federated Investors Management finance administration arm, Ray has been with the company since 1985, so multidecade experience. So glad to have you both here.
