Thank you, and hi, everyone. Welcome to the Second Quarter Earnings Presentation for Flex LNG. My name is Ãystein Kalleklev, and I'm the CFO -- I'm the CEO of Flex LNG management. And I will guide you through today's presentation together with our CFO, Harald Gurvin, who will run through the numbers a bit later in the presentation.
