Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to this Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of GasLog Ltd. I am Peter Livanos, a Director and Chairman of the Board and a candidate for reelection as Director.
In light of the recent public health concerns and global travel restrictions relating to COVID-19, we are holding this year's Annual General Meeting through this virtual format. Participating in the meeting with me is Paul Wogan, a Director and Chief Executive of Gaslog Ltd.
