All right. Good afternoon. This is the crowd that you get on the last presentation of the last day of the conference. But I think that'll be good. So my name is Joe Raver. I'm the CEO of Hillenbrand, Inc. Been the CEO for 5.5 or 6 years. We are a bit of a transformation story, and so I'll kind of go through the high level view of the business and then talk a little bit about our segments, hit our high level financials and our capital allocation strategy, and then we'll have, I think, plenty of time if there are any questions. I think it's also being webcast as well.
So let me start with the required disclosures. I think the main point here is that I will be making some forward-looking statements that are not guarantees of future performance.
