Welcome to Day 3 of EPG 2019. We're excited to have Beth Wozniak here from nVent. As you'll recall, nVent separated from Pentair just about a year ago. But Beth has been with Pentair since 2015 and, before Pentair, had a long career with Honeywell and then before then even AlliedSignal. So Beth, we're excited to have you here today.
