Well, good morning, everybody, to Day 2 of the UBS Tech Conference. We've got another I think, terrific lineup, including a number of pretty high-profile software companies like Salesforce and ServiceNow and Databricks. We are going to kick things off with a company I've got to know quite a bit over the last 6 months or so that is in the vertical SaaS area, and that's PowerSchool, serving the K through 12 software market.
And I'm excited to have Hardeep Gulati, the CEO; and Eric Shander, the CFO, who many of you know from his time with Red Hat.
