Thanks for having us, and thanks, everybody, for taking time to listen to the presentation. So let me start with Range at a glance. Three things that I think characterize our company is unmatched Southwest Appalachia inventory, sustainable free cash flow, and a leader on sustainability and environmental practices.
So to start with the unmatched Southwest Appalachia inventory, we have about 0.5 million net acres down in the southwest part of the state of Pennsylvania, a lot of which is just south of Pittsburgh or on either side of Pittsburgh. And importantly, the acreage position is a big blocked-up position, so it's a big blocky continuous position. So it allows us to do different things. One of them is to drill long laterals.
