Good morning, and welcome to SolarWinds' 2021 Annual Meeting of the Stockholders. I am Sudhakar Ramakrishna, CEO and President, and I'll act as the Chairman of this meeting.
I'd like to welcome all of our stockholders attending this virtual meeting. In today's climate, we believe the virtual meeting format allows for greater access and safety for all of our stockholders. I'm going to make a few introductions first, and then we'll get the meeting started.
Joining today on the call are a few of the other officers of SolarWinds: Bart Kalsu, our EVP and Chief Financial Officer; David Gardiner, our EVP and Chief Revenue Officer; and Jason Bliss, our EVP and Chief Administrative Officer. Mr. Bliss will act as the Secretary of the meeting.
