Joseph Richard Greff - JPMorgan Chase & Co, Research Division - MDI know you put out some disclosures this morning in terms of the improvement in revenues in August relative to July and just trends moving more positively as you've moved throughout this third quarter. Just I'll leave this as an open-ended question. Can you just talk about and maybe highlight those trends that you're seeing and what you're seeing from the timeshare consumer more recently?
