Good morning, and welcome to Essential Utilities 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. I'm Chris Franklin, Chairman and CEO of Essential Utilities. Thank you for joining us today. You may recall that last year, we were planning to hold our shareholder meeting in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania at the headquarters of Peoples Natural Gas, who we acquired last year. But due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we shifted the meeting to be completely virtual so shareholders could safely attend our annual meeting. As we planned last year, we're physically in Pittsburgh today, but to support the health and safety of our shareholders and employees, we thought it was best to hold the meeting virtually again this year. I appreciate your participation. Hope you find the virtual experience to be useful.
