Thank you. And good morning, and welcome, everybody. My name is Michael McConnell, and I assumed the chair role on April 1.
First, we are extremely disappointed with the update provided today for FY '19. Over the last 90 days, we have taken a deep and thorough dive into the company. The objectives were twofold: to understand where we are based on data, facts and analysis; and then to develop all aspects of a plan that places the company on a much firmer ground going forward. This work was much more complicated and time-consuming than any of us thought. Daniel Verret, acting CEO and CFO; and Kevin Pickett, Head of Operations, are on the call with us today.
