Good morning, everyone. It's my pleasure to welcome you to the Extraordinary General Meeting of Antaris Technologies Limited. My name is John Seaberg, Chairman of the Board, and I will chair the meeting today. In the spirit of reconciliation, Anteris Technologies acknowledges the traditional custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea, and community. We pay our respects to their elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders peoples today.

This meeting is being held as a hybrid meeting with shareholders able to attend either in person or online via the Computershare meeting platform. All attendees online can listen to our live webcast and watch our presentation. Shareholders and proxies can also ask questions and submit votes online.
