Good morning, everyone. Thank you for joining the webinar this morning, my first as CEO of the AMA Group. My transition to CEO has been smooth, benefiting from my prior role as a nonexecutive director of the company for the past year. I have had my feet under the desk in this role for approximately 3 weeks, and during that time, I have undertaken an induction into the detailed operations of the company and its performance, the priorities and challenges of each of the businesses for both the near and longer term. Over the next few months, my focus for the businesses will be improving overall operating performance, driving longer-term growth and performance strategies for the business for beyond financial year '21.
