And before we open the Q&A, I would like to address an issue that is on everyone's mind. As you have seen from our press release, based on the current decision of our Italian regulator to stop the payment of dividends for macroeconomic reasons, our Board of Directors yesterday had no choice but deciding not to distribute the second tranche of the full year 2019 dividend by the end of the year.
