All right. Thanks, Jim. So I'm going to go ahead and go through just a short presentation, and then we'll do a little Q&A afterwards, that we can answer any questions that you might have.
Some of you may be familiar with our business. Others may not. So for those that aren't familiar, as Jim just said, I'm the Founder and CEO; Adam is our Chief Operating Officer. Bothhhh of us have been in this space for quite a long time. I guess the space hasn't existed for long, but for the last 6-plus years, both of us have been in this industry, Adam more on the logistics side. And then, of course, I'm the founder of the company.
So a brief background. When we started in 2014, the idea was to enable delivery in small to medium markets, primarily in the Southeast, for independent restaurants that didn't have the capacity to do their own delivery.
