Hello, everyone, and thanks for joining us today for our 2021 full year results announcement. I'd like to apologize in advance for my croaky voice. I suspect it was from yelling at the TV during the England cricket team's very poor performance against India yesterday. Before I begin with the key financial messages, I'd like to acknowledge our people, whose efforts have been outstanding, given the unprecedented challenges our business and indeed the world have faced over the last 2 years.
