Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to the Bushveld Minerals 2022 full year investor and analyst call. Thank you all for your participation and for dialing in. My name is Michael Kirkwood. I'm the Chairman of Bushveld Minerals. Presenting today on the call are Fortune Mojapelo, the co-founder of Bushveld and as you will have seen from the announcement made this morning, the departing CEO.

Additionally, we have our Finance Director, Tanya Chikanza and I'm pleased to say that Craig Coltman, our incoming CEO, is also attending today's call.
