So good morning. My name is Jane Morgan, and thank you for joining the Bigtincan Holdings Limited Annual General Meeting. (Operator Instructions). I will now hand you over to Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman, Tom Amos.

Thank you, Jane. Thank you very much. On behalf of the Board, I welcome you to the 2021 Bigtincan AGM. Today, we are pleased to report on the results for the financial year ending June 2021 and introduce some additions to the Board, to conduct some formal business for the AGM and to provide shareholders with the CEO update of the business activities on subsequent events, and I have David Keane with me here in the room in Sydney to do that.
I essentially believe that the report and resolutions and the highlights we come to talk about today will effectively bring formal resolutions to a number of things which we've done over this last year. But the first thing I'd like to do is introduce the directors in the room. I have here David
