Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to Canadian Western Bank's Annual Meeting of Shareholders. And I now call this meeting to order. My name is Robert Phillips, and I have the privilege to serve as the Chair of the Board of Directors of CWB.
Given the outbreak of COVID-19 and to follow the recommendations of federal and provincial health authorities, we took the decision to cancel the in-person elements of our annual meeting for this year. I would, therefore, like to extend a warm welcome to all of our shareholders attending via this webcast with us today and thank you all for your investment and continued support of CWB, particularly in these unprecedented times.
Before we begin the formal portion of our meeting, I would like to take this opportunity to recognize and thank Alan Rowe as he retires after 24 years of exemplary service as a Director of CWB.
