Rite Ventures is one of the largest owners of CDON and has about 24% of the company. With me today, I have Thomas Pehrsson, CFO and Interim CEO of CDON, and Fredrik Norberg, the Founder and CEO of Fyndiq.

The topic of this call is yesterday's announcement of CDON's acquisition of Fyndiq, after CDON, second largest Nordic business-to-consumer marketplace. Before we jump into that topic, I will start with a short background.
