Thank you. Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. Thank you for joining us today for the annual and special meeting of shareholders of Calfrac Well Services Limited. My name is Ron Mathison. I'm the Executive Chairman of Calfrac, and it's my pleasure to Chair this meeting.
Firstly, I'd like to thank and acknowledge the ongoing and substantial contributions of all of our employees who have been instrumental in building Calfrac. I did want to note that given the unprecedented and adverse business conditions that we're experiencing, we've had to make some very difficult decisions over the last several weeks that have resulted in a number of our exceptional team leaving the Calfrac team.
