Thank you. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the 2021 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders of CareRx Corporation. My name is Kevin Dalton, and I am the Chairman of the Board of Directors of CareRx. And I will also act as Chair of this meeting.
We are pleased to host the meeting through TSX Trust Company's virtual meeting platform accessible to all our shareholders regardless of physical location to participate, submit questions and vote.
The meeting will now come to order. I hereby appoint Oliver Keung of TSX Trust Company, the company's transfer agent, to act as scrutineer for the meeting. Paul Rakowski, the company's Corporate Secretary, will act as secretary of the meeting and as a shareholder will second all motions.
