Thanks and welcome, everyone, to the East Side Games Group fourth-quarter 2021 results call. On the call with me today is Jim MacCallum, our Chief Financial Officer.

On today's call, I will begin by sharing highlights on our performance from the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2021, in addition to giving you an update on our strategy and key events that have taken place since we last reported on November 15, 2021. Jim will go into greater detail on our financial results commentary for the period before turning it back to myself for some final remarks, and then we will open up the call to analyst questions.
