Good morning, and welcome to the 2023 Annual General Shareholder Meeting for Eguana Technologies. The meeting will now come to order.

My name is Hansine Ullberg, and I'm the CFO of Eguana, and I will chair the meeting. In the room, we have a couple of shareholders; our Scrutineer; Maddison is our Corporate Controller; Justin, our CEO; and Brent, our COO. So welcome, everyone.
