Good morning, everyone, and welcome to EQT's Year-End Announcement. In addition to Christian and Kim, today Gustav, Head of our Business Development team will be participating in our quarterly webcast and will do so from here on. We will present the results for about half an hour, as normal, before opening it up to Q&A.
