Good morning, everybody, and thank you for joining us this morning for the Euronext First Quarter 2019 Results Conference Call and Webcast. I'm StÃ©phane Boujnah, CEO and Chairman of the Managing Board of Euronext. And I will start with the highlights of this first quarter of 2019. Giorgio Modica, our CFO, will then further develop the main financials for the fourth quarter. I will then update you on our current tender offer for Oslo BÃ¸rs VPS, following the announcement earlier this week from the Norwegian Ministry of Finance giving clearance to Euronext to acquire up to 100% of Oslo BÃ¸rs VPS capital.
