Good evening and welcome to ESR Group's First Half 2023 Result Conference Call. I'm Marilyn, Group head of IR for ESR Group.
On the call today, we have Jeffrey Perlman, Chairman, Board of ESR Group; Jeffrey Shen and Stuart Gibson, Co-CEO of ESR Group; and Rean Lim, our group's CFO.
