And welcome back, ladies and gentlemen, to our first session today. This is a snapshot looking at the impact of COVID-19 and, in particular, the emerging risks and future outlooks for small and micro cap IROs. I'll tell you a little bit more about what we're going to be speaking about in just a second. But first, let me introduce you to our first panelist of the day.
