Thank you very much. Well, good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the Annual General Meeting of High Arctic Energy Services. My name, as the moderator said, is Michael Binnion. I'm the Chairman the Board of Directors of the corporation, and I'm going to be the Chairman for this meeting.
I really want to thank everybody who has attended today, either in person, which is a few, but more by calling in on the conference call. It's been strange times, and we appreciate the -- your patience, and that our shareholders have had in working with us and getting these meetings done.
